With regular counselling and extra English lessons from a tutor, her confidence is growing, and her enthusiasm for learning is inspiring everyone around her. Weekends have become a special time for Srey Oun*, as she bonds with the other girls in the home and explores the city, creating joyful memories of friendship and fun.

One of the most significant milestones in Srey Oun’s* journey has been testifying in court against her perpetrator. Despite the difficulty, she faced this challenge with extraordinary courage, and her testimony helped secure a conviction and jail sentence for the offender—a crucial step toward justice and healing.
